Five minutes prior to your scheduled session time, you should login to our website using your login and password
that you create when you register. You will then be able to enter the tutoring session and your tutor will be online
as well. During the live online tutoring session, you will be able to communicate with the tutor via a headset with
a microphone. You can use the mouse or an electronic writing pad to communicate with the tutor on the
shared screen. In addition, there will be an instant messaging chat column along the side of the screen
in case you want to communicate with your tutor that way.

After taking your assessment test, we will come up with an individualized learning plan and achievement goals
based on your child’s needs. The session will start with preset questions and concepts developed according to
your child’s assessment test. Over time, by working through these concepts and problems with the tutor, your
child will master the necessary skills to achieve the goals that we laid out beforehand. We will send you a
confirmation e-mail after you have scheduled a session.
